Our client, a reputable Russian pet food producer with a long-standing history, sought to increase production capacity while reducing labor dependency through advanced automation. Their goals included complete production line automation, a centralized control system with user-friendly operation, and enhanced safety for on-site operators.
The core challenge was to develop a highly intelligent and efficient sterilization system specifically designed for high-speed pouch wet food production – one that could be easily controlled, closely monitored, and fully aligned with rigorous safety requirements.
To meet these demands, DTS implemented a centralized monitoring and control system powered by our proprietary control technology. This system provides real-time, integrated control over the entire operation, including conveyors, tray stackers, robots, tray flippers, RGV carts, sterilizers, and safety doors.
Operators can manage and monitor the entire sterilization process remotely via a central control interface. The system includes smart fault alerts and remote diagnostics: in the event of a malfunction, it generates instant alarms with precise issue localization and error codes, significantly reducing downtime and boosting operational efficiency.
