Every retort we build is crafted with care and expertise. For instance, the heads of our equipment are formed using one-shot stamping for superior durability. After flange welding, they are heat-treated to relieve stress and undergo secondary machining to prevent deformation.
To ensure long-lasting, leak-free performance, we use automated ring seam welding machines that perform one-sided welding with double-sided forming, guaranteeing full-penetration welds. Each autoclave then undergoes rigorous flaw detection before leaving our facility.
Before shipping, all stainless steel equipment undergoes repickling and passivation treatment, enhancing corrosion resistance and extending product life.
